Job Description
Introduction
We are looking for a Customer Success Executive who will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and helping them achieve maximum value from our products and services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Relationship Management

Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their queries and concerns effectively.

Build long-term relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Understand customer requirements and provide personalized solutions based on their needs.
2. Onboarding & Training
-
Assist new customers during the onboarding process to ensure smooth product adoption.

Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and walkthroughs to help customers understand key features.

Guide customers through the setup and integration processes when required.
3. Customer Retention & Engagement
-
Monitor customer accounts to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Engage with customers proactively to prevent churn and maintain long-term relationships.

Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance overall customer experience.
4. Issue Resolution & Support

Work closely with the support team to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.

Document and escalate complex issues to the technical team when necessary.

Ensure that all concerns are addressed within defined SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
5. Reporting & Feedback

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM system.

Prepare regular reports on customer health, retention metrics, and satisfaction scores.

Share feedback and insights with the product and operations teams to drive improvements.
Required Skills & Competencies
Technical & Professional Skills

Proficiency in CRM tools, helpdesk systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Good understanding of customer success strategies and KPIs.

Knowledge of SaaS, IT products, or digital platforms (preferred but not mandatory).
