Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow relationships with key customers, including identifying and addressing their needs and challenges
  • Develop and execute strategies for retaining and growing customer business
  • Identify and prioritize the needs of our most valuable customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. sales, marketing, product) to ensure that customer needs are met

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of managing and growing relationships with key customers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with the customer relationship management (CRM) process is a plus
