The customer success executives will work with the customers and vendors of services to match the needs of the customers and provide the language services according to the guidelines given to them by the company. All executives will have training in this new industry.
The most important attitude we expect will be your flair to talk to the customers (of any country) and serve their needs, with the supports of other departments in the company.

The Responsibilities
- Work as a team and standalone.
- Working in Indian, US, UK and Singapore shifts, rotational.
- Manage incoming and outbound calls and web chats.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Analyzing customer needs and recommending services based on those needs.
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution keep records of customer
- interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Web research on customers and prospects to serve them better.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Required skills:
- Good emailing skills and etiquette.
- Good Communication Skill in English. American, British or neutral tone to speak across the cultures.
- Basic MS Office, Web Skills
- Discipline, Positive Attitude & Punctuality
- Multi-tasking and the ability to learn quickly the new tools of the job.
