Betterhalf is first AI powered compatibility product designed for 10M working professionals. We’re looking for full-time Customer Success Intern with technology first approach to problem solving to take us to No.1 or 2 spot in Indian matrimonial industry in the next 2-3 years.

We're a U.S based company with the operational centre based out of Bangalore, India. We're currently a 15-member team and expected to grow to the size of 100 over the next few years.

What are we looking for:

Calling out customer and making a sales pitch for paid memberships.
Responsible for achieving daily and monthly collection targets.
Calling up members and explaining the benefits of Betterhalf.ai product and services.
Verify user profiles for complete information and approve them.
Initiate customer calls, chats, emails and solve their queries.
Communicate with users to complete their profile (email, phone call, WhatsApp, SMS)
Get product feedback and report to the team for new features.
Maintaining various reports related to sales and accounts.

Ownership:

Own revenues
Grow referral feature on the product
Activate and match users (engagement, matches, retention, invites sent)
Compensation:
Rs.15,000 fixed + additional bonus for moving users to paid plans. Great opportunity to earn 20-25k per month.
