Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, and following up to ensure resolution
2. Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and work to establish a positive rapport with every caller
3. Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge
4. Impact the company's bottom line by problem-solving and turning clients into repeat customers
5. Take feedback from the customers
6. Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
7. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
8. Go the extra mile to engage customers
9. Work with the manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
