About the internship

Selected intern's day to day responsibilities include:

1. Maintaining ongoing customer relationships and networking operations
2. Implementing success programs, contributing to sales, onboarding students and tutors, and minimizing churn
3. Overseeing the complete life cycle of the customer engagement process
4. Ensuring customer satisfaction at all touchpoints
5. Participating in key sales meetings
6. Developing and managing customer portfolios
7. Analyzing customer data to improve customer experience
8. Shortlisting parents for upselling to next course
9. Adding the parents to the upselling sheet for the business development team
10. Taking ownership of the payment pipeline
11. Sending out reminders to the customers along with payment links
