Key Responsibilities-
Learn how to read and analyze resumes to match profiles with job requirements.

Build strong networks on LinkedIn and use it effectively for hiring and talent mapping.

Assist in career planning projects, including resume building and career guidance.

Coordinate with senior professionals and contribute to executive hiring strategies.

Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and ensure smooth communication with applicants.
