This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Success Manager at SMS Handover. The Customer Success Manager will manage and maintain strong relationships with our customers. The position requires a focus on customer satisfaction and retention, driving customer engagement, and ensuring the successful adoption of our products and services. The Customer Success Manager will also analyse customer data and provide meaningful insights to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Excellent English skills and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing customer relationships, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with customers, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of driving customer engagement and ensuring successful adoption of products and services
- Strong customer service skills and experience
- Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools
- A bachelor's degree in MBA, BBA, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the technology or telecommunications industry is a plus
- Coordinating with vendors and handling purchase and selling.
- Ability to learn new technologies
