Job Description
CUSTOMER SERVICE VOICE AND NON VOICE
- A CSA/SR.CSR in this role deals with a number of incoming calls/chats, pertaining to the clients business.
- The associate provides excellent customer service and gives precise information to the customer ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Primarily to manage Inbound, outbound and eMail/NonVoice Contact Center Operations for providing support to Airtel Retail Stores for Prepaid and Postpaid products:
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Excellent communication skills
- Polite and customer service oriented
- Exhibits patience and empathy to resolve customer queries
- Typing Skills: 15 wpm with 85 % accuracy
- Handling the Service Request.
- Processing the Customers Payment.
- Designing the Customer Bills
- Languages: English, Hindi.
