Job Role:  Customer Support Advisor

Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis; operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies. Documents transactions by completing forms and recording logs.

Required Skills:-

• Basic computer knowledge, Excellent communication skills
• Qualification: -Any Graduate/ Post Graduate Fresher/Under Graduate with minimum 6 months experience in customer service.
• Age Limit: 18 to 35 Years
• Shift Timing: - Male- 24*7 shift (Any 9 hours), Female - Morning 6.00 to 11.00 pm (Any 9 hours - Rotational)
• Salary:- 180000 Lac PA 13400 (in hand)
• 4k-5k Stipend in 25 Days of training
