Job Description
We are looking for a competent Customer Support Associate to provide fast and useful technical assistance over phone and computer systems to work from our Bangalore office. You will answer queries on basic technical issues and offer advice to solve them. This job involves help desk support, no travel required and no Cold Calling required.
Must-have requirements:
• Able to speak fluently in both English and Hindi with international customers
• Passion to work in a customer-facing role
• Tech-savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote operations
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
• Required to work in night shifts on a rotational basis.
