Job Description
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Verification of Customer information.
- Follow escalation procedures for issues uncontrollably at CSA level – Escalation for Sr. CSA.
- Implement feedback given during monitoring sessions by QA / Team Leads
- Appropriate documentation on client CRM
- Ensuring data security - proprietary data of customers
- Meeting SLA & KPI.
- Shift Window:-9 hrs (US Shifts)
- Graduate/Equivalent only.
- Min 12 months of experience in an international BPO is required.
- Banking customer service experience would be an added advantage.
