- Handling flight ticket related queries/requests in inbound calls, E-mails etc.

- Responding to customer service inquiries via phone and e- mail.

- Handling inbound calls related to pre / post travel queries from Customers worldwide
- Assisting customer with making a reservation/modification/cancellation & Flight Information
- Providing Excellent Customer Service
