Job Description
Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis; operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies. Documents transactions by completing forms and recording logs.

Qualification: - Any Graduate/Post-Graduate Fresher/Under Graduate with a minimum 6 months of experience in BPO.
