Good English Communication Skills.
Handling customer's query and request for the services.
Understand customer requirement and provide the best customer service experience.
Candidates who can speak in Hindi & English fluently.
Candidates who can speak in Tamil/ Malayalam/ Kannada or Telugu.
Minimum 6 months experience in Voice Process is must (voice experience).
Day Shift (9am - 6pm)
Sunday week off
