Job Description

The Customer Support Associate will have to convince the customer to clear the taken loan amount through EMI.

We are looking at CSA who meets the below criteria:

• Should have collections / sales experience

• Experience- from BPO background only (Sales exp would be an added advantage)

• No. of years of exp- 1 + years

• Language- Good English and good Hindi

• Shift- 9:30AM to 6:30PM or 10:00AM to 7:00PM

Responsibilities:

· Answer customer questions and resolve issues related to amount and services

· Provide support for new and existing customers

· Process customer requests and transactions

· Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team

· Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

· Stay up-to-date on banking products and services

· Adhere to all company policies and procedures
