Job Description
This is a full-time, in-office role for a proactive and client-focused professional who can handle customer onboarding, account coordination, and basic technical communication for hosting and data center services.
The role requires a blend of communication skills and foundational technical understanding to guide customers effectively and ensure a smooth service experience across Web Hosting, VPS, Dedicated Servers, Cloud Solutions, and related infrastructure.

Responsibilities
Assist potential clients throughout their onboarding journey, from configuration basics, and product-related queries.
Understand client requirements and guide them on suitable services such as Web Hosting, VPS, Dedicated Servers, or Cloud plans.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, helping them with upgrades, renewals, and service-related queries.
Provide basic technical clarification to clients with support from the technical team when needed.
Coordinate with technical engineers for issue resolution, custom setups, and escalations.
Maintain accurate CRM and account records, including follow-ups, renewals, and client communication.
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to improve retention and satisfaction.
Prepare account reports, renewal updates, and feedback summaries for management.
Stay updated with hosting industry trends, basic server concepts, and competitor offerings.
Participate in product training sessions and upskill in cloud/server technologies.
Qualifications
Basic understanding of IT terminologies etc.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts in simple and clear language.
Ability to manage clients expectations and maintain professionalism.
Good analytical thinking and a problem-solving mindset.
Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality output
Willingness to learn hosting technologies and adapt quickly.
Knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT for communication support and research is a plus.
Linux hosting management & server basics
Domain and DNS management
VPS, cloud nodes, and SSD/NVMe storage systems
Control panels like cPanel, WHM, Plesk
Ticketing and CRM tools used in tech companies
Understanding of data center operations
