Job Description
for the insurance process. This role is ideal for Graduates who are either fresher or have prior experience, and are looking to build a stable and rewarding career in the customer service domain.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle customer queries related to insurance policies and services with professionalism and clarity
- Ensure accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries
- Work collaboratively within a team to meet performance goals and service standard
- Graduation is a must
- Fluent in Tamil or Malayalam with good English communication
- Freshers and experienced both are welcome
- Flexible with Day rotational shifts and Weekly rotational offs
SALARY: Up to Rs. 23,000 per month
Skills & Competencies:

Communication: Excellent verbal and written English (regional language skills may be required based on location).

Customer Focus: Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy, tact, and patience.

Problem-Solving: Capable of analyzing issues and proposing practical solutions.

Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRMs, ticketing systems, and basic office tools (MS Office, spreadsheets).

Attention to Detail: Accurate in entering data, verifying policy details, and checking documentation.

Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while meeting service level agreements (SLAs).
