Customer Support Associate
Job Description
Salary - 10 K in-hand + 10 K Incentives (performance basis)
Timing-
9 AM to 6 PM
10 AM to 7 PM
11 AM to 8 PM
6 days working + 1 day off on rotational basis
Training period - 1 month (fully paid)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction
-
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and other channels.

Assist customers with product or service-related questions, order tracking, account issues, and technical support.

Ensure all customer interactions are handled with empathy, patience, and a commitment to resolution.

Maintain a high level of product knowledge to accurately address customer concerns.
2. Issue Resolution
-
Identify customer problems quickly and offer effective solutions based on company policies and procedures.

Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior support staff or other departments as needed.

Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the outcome.

Document all customer interactions and solutions in the internal ticketing or CRM system.
3. Product & Service Knowledge
-
Stay updated on company products, features, promotions, and service policies.

Attend training sessions and team meetings to remain informed about new developments and process changes.

Provide feedback from customers to the product, marketing, or operations teams to support improvements.
4. Customer Retention & Satisfaction
-
Aim to provide a personalized experience that exceeds customer expectations.

Proactively identify opportunities to educate customers about self-service tools and best practices.

Strive to maintain high satisfaction scores in customer surveys and support metrics (e.g., CSAT, NPS, resolution time).
5. Administrative & Reporting Tasks
-
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service issues using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk).

Generate reports on recurring problems or service trends and share with management.

Assist in creating and updating knowledge base articles and FAQs for both internal use and customer self-service.
