Customer Support - DC - (WD07467)
Key Accountabilities :
- Meeting the customer and collect KYC documents, complete KYC process in accordance with the rules and polices of DBS
- Conducting site visit & preparing report
- Collect financial & other business information from the customer
- Conducting due diligence on the customer and prepare credit memo in the format of the bank
- Entering customer and account data in various applications
- Filling forms and loan documents basis data provided
- Prepare and get various documents including customer loan documents executed with customer
- Should be ready to travel occasionally based on organizational requirement
- Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data
- Liaising with various departments for completion of task in hand
- Preparation of MIS reports required for monitoring and reporting purpose
Experience :
- The candidate should have proven data entry skills with an eye for detail and familiarity with spreadsheets and online systems
- The candidate with more than two years of experience in Bank/NBFC will be preferred
- Good understanding of MS Office tool like excel, MS word, PPT etc.
- Good Interpersonal skill for liaising with operations team to get the work done
