Looking for Customer Support Enginner/L1 Support Engineer - Bangalore. Exp - 2- 5 Yrs - Should have excellent written and oral communication skills. - Flexible to work in US EST/PST shift hours - 12 hours shift, 4 days working in a week and rotational shifts. Responsibilities and Duties
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all requests, process events and resolution incidents result in zero missed SLA conditions.
- Follow defined procedures, identifies, registers and categories incidents.
- Proactively monitors and logs the actual service provided, compared to that required by service level agreements.
- Engage with internal support engineer team, receive instructions, and manage escalation incidents to L2 Support Engineer
