Responsibility-

§ Working as MS Support of SBC, TAS, MRF, CFX, NN, HSS, LEAF SWITCH, Cloud for Airtel Project from FEB 2021 to till date.

§  Working knowledge of IMS architecture, VOWIFI architecture, Knowledge of IMS call flows &   registration.

§ Understanding of capture SBC & CFX trace & analysis SBC traces.

§ Able to take Local Backup of all IMS nodes (Cloud, SBC, MRF, TAS, CFX, NN).

§ Knowledge of Installation of HP Hardware - inserting in racks, power and network cabling within the rack.

§ Knowledge of USSD, Prepaid & Post-paid number configuration & testing and Wireshark traces analysis.

§ Linux command understanding, in order to check- ping, traceroute, fault alarms, KPI, alarm history

§ Working knowledge of IMS supplementary features testing.

§  CR   & TT raise & tool handling.

§ Knowledge of Handling hardware fault management.

§ Giving resolution to different Volte customer complaints by analyzing and giving best possible revert in available infra.
