Job Description
- Candidates from Ponda, Margao, Mardol, Khandepar, Usgao will be prefered
- Good communication skills in English (Coordinate with the customers)
- Freshers, 1, 2, 3 years experience Knowledge on Hardware and networking
- Assembling of pc components - processor, motherboard, ram, dvd, hdd, cabinet
- Repairs of pc components like motherboard, dvd, hdd, monitor, printer will be added advantage
- Installation of Software - Windows, drivers, Office, acrobat reader, antivirus
- Installation of Wired Network - switch, crimping, faceplate and connector, router
- Installation of Wireless Network - acess point, attenas, wireless router, cameras
- Troubleshooting of pc Hardware issues like earthing, smps, ram fault, mb, hd, lcd, dvd
- Troubleshooting of Software issues like hanging, restarting, file system,
- Coordinate with other engineers for timely resolution
- Email Quotation, Approve, Deliver, Install, Make Service Report
- Purchase Parts from Suppliers, Issue Payments, Maintain Cash Ledger, Email Purchase Invoices
- Give Faulty Parts to Service Centre, Check if repaired & Issue payments
- Typing, Editing & printing of Word, Excel & PDF Files
- Email, Web browing, driver download
- Data Backup and Restore
- Work Time preference from 8 to 8
- Travelling on Geared Two Wheeler (Two Wheeler provided by Company), valid Two Wheeler License
- Travelling on Geared Four Wheeler (Four Wheeler provided by Company), valid Four Wheeler License
- Use of Mobile along with SIM Card - Whatsapp, Calling, Photo, Email, chats
- Basic Salary of Rs. 8000 per month.
- Increase on the basis of efficiency & skill level Petrol, Formal Company Clothes, Shoes, Mobile, multimeter, Screw Driver, DVD, Bag Pack, raincoat, crimper, Puncher will be provided
