JOB BRIEF
As a Customer Support Engineer, you will be the primary point of contact for end-users experiencing technical issues with their computer systems, software, hardware and network. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service to ensure smooth and efficient IT operations.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY
1. Attend customer problems in-house and on field.
2. Ready to work as field engineer – Customer AMC + Post Sales
3. Perform preventive maintenance at AMC customer sites.
4. Ready to go on-site as replacement or as Resident engineer.
5. Maintain call data and update customer call report.
BEHAVIROUAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS
1. Good / Fluent English, Good communication skills (Writing & Speaking both)
2. Team Player, Good Interpersonal skills
3. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
4. Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mind set.
5. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
6. Strong organizational and time management skills.
7. Strong knowledge of OS (Windows, Mac, Linux) and related software applications.
8. Familiarity with IT hardware components, peripherals, and networking concepts.
9. Experience with remote desktop tools and troubleshooting techniques.
