Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Assistance & Relationship Management:
- Handle customer inquiries regarding vehicle models, features, pricing, and offers.
- Assist customers with test drives, bookings, financing options, and documentation.
- Maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
2. Post-Sales Support & Complaint Resolution:
- Address customer concerns related to vehicle delivery, servicing, and warranties.
- Coordinate with service teams, finance departments, and dealerships to resolve issues.
- Ensure a smooth post-sales experience by providing proactive support.
3. Lead Management & Follow-ups:
- Follow up with potential customers, cold leads, and past inquiries.
- Provide information about new models, promotions, and upcoming launches.
- Assist in scheduling showroom visits and coordinating with the sales team.
4. Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain customer records, feedback, and follow-up details in CRM software.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on customer interactions and resolved issues.
- Ensure accurate processing of invoices, loan documents, and insurance paperwork.
