Job Title: Customer Support Executive - BPO (Mumbai)
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra
Job Type: Full-time
Experience Required:
- Minimum 1 year of experience if 12th pass
- Fresher welcome if graduate
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls effectively and professionally
- Resolve customer queries, issues, and complaints with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to customers
- Document call details and customer interactions in CRM systems
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Meet performance goals and quality standards
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass with 1+ year BPO experience
- Graduates (any stream) – Freshers can apply
- Age: 18 years and above
- Comfortable with rotational shifts and working from office
