Customer Support Executive - ERP Software (Lower Parel East, Mumbai)
OneSpider Technologies LLP—a fast-growing ERP software and mobile applications for Pharma & FMCG—is hiring entry-level Customer Support Executives to deliver outstanding software support in accounting, billing, and GST modules.
Job Details:
- Location: Lower Parel East, Mumbai
- Working Hours: Mon–Sat | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Experience: Freshers to 2 years
- Education: Commerce Graduate or 12th pass with customer support experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the clients via phone, email, and remote tools (Anydesk/TeamViewer).
- Troubleshoot ERP accounting and GST issues.
- Conduct training sessions for new users.
- Document cases and escalate complex issues to the technical team.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely follow-ups.
Must Have Skills:
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and GST.
- Customer centric attitude with strong communication skills.
Nice to Have:
- Prior exposure to any accounting/ERP software.
- Experience using remote access tools.
