We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle both voice (calls) and non-voice (chat/email) support channels. You’ll resolve customer issues, ensure satisfaction, and maintain accurate records.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls for customer queries.
- Respond via chat, email, and tickets.
- Update CRM/ticketing systems accurately.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and resolutions.
Requirements:
- Min. HSC or Graduate in any stream.
- 0–1 years of customer support experience.
- Strong English communication (verbal & written).
- Basic computer & typing skills.
- Flexible with shifts and weekends.
