We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives - Inbound. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing high-quality support and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Support: Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism, empathy, and a focus on delivering excellent service.
2. Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive resolution and experience.
3. Product Assistance: Assist customers with product troubleshooting, service inquiries, and resolving technical or operational concerns.
4. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
5. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with other teams to deliver timely and appropriate responses to customer needs.

Requirements:
* Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage customer interactions professionally and empathetically.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
* Familiarity with CRM tools and basic technical troubleshooting is a plus.
* Prior experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
