24/7.ai is seeking dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our International Voice Process team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent verbal communication skills in English and be open to working in a night shift environment with rotational week offs.
Key Responsibilities:-
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls from international clients

Deliver effective and timely resolution to customer queries

Maintain accurate call documentation

Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication

Fluency in spoken English is mandatory

Willingness to work in night shifts and on rotational schedules

Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Basic computer literacy

Prior BPO experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
