Job Description
DESIGNATION:
- Ground staff:- Customer Service Associate.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Processing tickets of the customers at the airport
- Helping them while boarding the flight
- Handling customer care and back office duties on a daily basis
- Handling customer relationship and convenience at the airport
- Minimum 10th pass.12th pass and graduates can also apply.
- Age 18 to 30 years
- No prior work experience required.
- Proper eyesight is recommended.
- Good communication skills is a must.
- Smart attitude and well behaved personality.
- Should be ready to work in rotational shifts.
- Salary starting from 15000 and can go up to 18000 per month.
- Extra incentives and provident fund will also be provided.
