Job Designation: Customer Support Executive
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Answer calls/emails professionally to provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders or obtain details of complaints.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, details of inquiries, complaints and comments as well as actions taken.
- Process orders, forms and applications.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.
Eligibility & Qualification:
- Excellent written & verbal communication (English , Hindi / Marathi / Gujarati)
- any above language with English combination will do.
- Flexible working 24x7 .
- Grad/Undergrad both can apply.
- Salary : up to 13 K CTC/Month
