Job Description

Job Designation: Customer Support Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

Answer calls/emails professionally to provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders or obtain details of complaints.
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, details of inquiries, complaints and comments as well as actions taken.
Process orders, forms and applications.
Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.

Eligibility & Qualification:

Excellent written & verbal communication (English , Hindi / Marathi / Gujarati)
any above language with English combination will do.
Flexible working 24x7 .
Grad/Undergrad both can apply.
Salary : up to 13 K CTC/Month
