Job Description
- Manage e-commerce customer service support through the effective and timely use of email, LiveChat, Phone, walk-in customer support, and social media.
- Resolve inquiries and issues for e-commerce customers with a solution andsatisfaction-oriented mindset.
- Assist in the creation of orders for direct consumers.
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate with customers and excel at offering outstanding service to customers
- Manage monthly metrics reporting, including e-commerce revenue reports, company.
- Work in a team-oriented atmosphere while independently managing own priority workflow and responsibilities
- Contribute to ongoing systems improvements to streamline processes and cross-team efficiency

About Company
Creative Group is an e-commerce vendor selling on Amazon, eBay, and other online e- commerce marketplaces. It has developed its own website- ‘Mybeautybazaar.com’. Mybeautybazaar.com is an online beauty and wellness portal offering a range of personal care, hair care, skin care products, bath & body, vitamins, medicines, perfumes, etc.
The Firm under this agreement wants to appoint Mrs. Bhavna Patel as a retainer to the firm. The Firm is of the opinion that the Retainer has the necessary qualifications, experience and abilities to provide services to the Firm.
Services to be provided by the Retainer are as mentioned in paragraph 2 of this agreement.
The compensation to be paid to the Retainer for such services which shall be provided to the firm is as mentioned in paragraph 3 of this agreement
Firm desires to retain the Retainer to perform the above mentioned service offerings.
