Job Description
- Designation: Customer Service Executive
- Candidate Skills: Must have excellent oral & written communication skills in English.
- Qualification: Minimum HSC passed/any graduate-Undergraduate.
- Working Days: 5 days working
- Job Timings: Night Shift (Shift Starting timing 7:30 PM)
- Job Location: Jodhpur Cross Road, Satellite, Ahmadabad.
- Outbound calls to companies in English speaking countries and perform lead Generation.
- Collect the required information.
- Undertake simple secondary research work as required.
- Good understanding of Web research from Social media (LinkedIn etc.)
- Associated Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required:
- At least over 1 year of experience with Voice process / Fresher’s with fluency in English.
- Good communication skills.
- US Lead Generation.
- Work Hours: US Shift.
- Should possess basic MS Excel skills.
- Graduate/ Post Graduate – Any specialization.
- Team player, ambitious, aspiring.
- Ability to work under pressure & target oriented.
