Job Description
- Inbound/Outbound Customer Support/Email Support
- Handling all customer query including complaints until satisfactorily resolved.
- Ensure minimum lost calls by answering calls within threshold
- Fluency in English & Hindi.
- The regional language is an Advantage.
- Good knowledge of customer centrality & soft skills techniques
- Should be willing to work in rotational shifts during the Day & rotational weekly off.
- Undergraduates/Graduates/PUC is eligible to apply. No Technical graduates
