Job Description
Roles and Responsibility:
- Manage the Customer calls in a timely manner for various reasons like answer inquiries, resolve complaints, requests and provide information.
- Identifying and assessing customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
- The primary focus is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of all conversations in a database in a comprehensible way.
