Company is seeking a sophisticated, energetic and passionate Customer Success Executive with fair experience in B2B Sales, Inside Sales, Pre Sales, Digital Marketing, Client Relationship, etc.
Responsibilities and Duties
Contribute in the company's overall top-line growth.
Create/ find new business opportunities by building interactive relationship with CMO, CEO’s, Decision Makers, Business Heads and their teams to drive sales for different services offered by Bizinventive.
Attend meetings to understand clients business and requirements in detail and build customised plan to achieve their business targets.
Constantly acquire new contacts for B2B sales, outreach or email marketing.
Prepare and present presentations/ proposals to clients based on their objectives.
Drive sales strategies to increase company’s sales and profits.
Grow business margins by meeting monthly and quarterly targets.
Negotiate with clients and close the deals within stipulated time frame.
Engage with existing clients to maintain retention rate and drive up-selling / cross-selling.
Become key stakeholder in managing our entire sales process - from lead generation to conversion.
Participate and be engaged on multiple platforms about Bizinventive (emails, chats, social media channels, in-person) to enrich brand awareness and target relevant prospects.
Monitor market trends within the industry/competition and present development strategies, competitive activities, new customers, etc.
Develop new strategies for revenue growth, including expansion, partnerships etc.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Speedy, Smart, Go-getter and passionate about Sales & Marketing.
Pleasing personality with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to sell services, experience in B2B sales, client meetings and good track record.
Well aware of the latest updates in form of public & social media, political, non political topics.
Self motivated and hungry for success.
Socially active and loves meeting new people.
Should like to work in a challenging startup culture.
Carry experience in business development or Technical support/BPO sector.
Technically sound and prior knowledge of digital marketing functionalities will be a plus.
