Designation: Customer Support Executive

Location: Bangalore

We are hiring for the post of Customer Support Executive

Skills Required :
  • Should be flexible with rotational Shifts
  • Manageable or Good English Communication Skills
  • Graduates / PUC / Diploma fresher or Experience in BPO (0-8yrs) can apply
  • Candidates with Graduation Backlogs can apply.

Responsiblities:
  • Customer service and management skills required.
  • Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.
  • Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
  • Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
  • Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team.
