- Customer Support for telecom, retail, and banking, insurance segment.
- Maintain the reports accurately.
- Involved in Providing Email and chat Customer support to External End Users and External Commercial Account End Users 4G network support across India.
- Handling emails/chats resolving technical and customer service issues for telecom process.
- Proficient in Connectivity telecom issues and customer service.
- Proficient in Understanding of Customer product and support.
Job Requirement: Flexible to work in rotational [24]7 shifts | 5 days working with 2 split leaves/ 2-way transport.
