● Experience in handling Inbound & Outbound calls
● Knowledge about customer queries, complaints &
● Polite & good communication
● Must know Telugu / Tamil & English / Hindi
● Adopt a new environment
● Good interpersonal skills
● Ability to handle the pressure
● Ability to listen and active problem solving skills
