Job Description
- Receive calls form customers and log complaints.
- Allot complaint numbers to customers.
- Follow up with factory for spares.
- Call service engineer before he leaves the customer site to verify that the problem has been resolved.
- Call customer with in 48 hours of the complaint being solved to understand their satisfaction levels.
