Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
- To out call the debtors who used Flipkart pay later facility and not repaid their dues, deal with customers diligently, courteously and professionally while collecting payments, persuade customers diligently to pay past due amounts.
- Advise customers on alternative payment plans.
- Retain customer loyalty while initiating processes for collection of payments.
- Being a part of this team also means to be the whistle blower, highlight issues impacting customers both external and internal.
- Graduate in any stream
- Should have at least1 year of relevant work experience
- Language capabilities – English & Hindi (Written & Verbal) – one additional regional language would be added advantage.
