  • Company's ambassador at Institutions Should resolve every day software and hardware issues at clients place.
  • Escalate and get issues resolved if any from head office.
  • Manage, update the software on daily basis with 100% accuracy.
  • Key to detail is very important.
  • Display amazing customer service at client place 
  • Gender: Male/ Female
  • Working hours: As per the schedule of schools. Mostly from 8 to 5. Monday to Saturday On client holiday, should come to head office and manage other works
Skills Required:
  • Should know to use computers, previously should have worked on computers/softwares.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Pleasing personality.
