Job Description
- Company's ambassador at Institutions Should resolve every day software and hardware issues at clients place.
- Escalate and get issues resolved if any from head office.
- Manage, update the software on daily basis with 100% accuracy.
- Key to detail is very important.
- Display amazing customer service at client place
- Gender: Male/ Female
- Working hours: As per the schedule of schools. Mostly from 8 to 5. Monday to Saturday On client holiday, should come to head office and manage other works
Skills Required:
- Should know to use computers, previously should have worked on computers/softwares.
- Good communication skills.
- Pleasing personality.
