Timings:

• Monday to Saturday  – 9 hour Shift (Between 9am - 6pm)
• Work hours can be flexible for home-makers.

• The qualified candidate will be responsible for providing clerical and administrative support in a fast paced, service-oriented work environment.
• Attending to & Following up on phone calls
• Processing & following up on service/complaint tickets
• Checking & replying to emails
• Data Entry (Online & Offline)
• Scheduling appointments
• Following up with Customers & Business Associates
• Running reports
• Bookkeeping & Managing of records
• Browsing the Internet for research work
• This is totally an office job. There are no sales target. 
• The only target expected to be met is 'Punctuality' and 'Discipline'
