Customer Support Executive
Required Experience: Freshers to 2 Years
Location: Bangalore (Currently WFH and then Hybrid)
The Role:-
● Chat and Email support for our customers
● Analyzing data, preparing reports, and ensuring good quality of interviews on our platform.
● Support the whole process of the CS team to conduct a successful interview.
● Visit Client locations in Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Mumbai, and Delhi NCR region as needed to manage the recruitment drives if required.
● Be part of a fun-loving team and be a team player
