Job Description
As a Customer Support Executive for goHomely, we are looking for someone with an eye for detail, who possesses Dexterity, has the ability to communicate and delegate work efficiently, and can also maintain the adequate level of Physical endurance required for the role.
Key Skills and Responsibilities
- On-Boarding & Training - Complete grooming & shaping of riders as per SOPs. Manage Training efficiency.
- Real-time execution - Manage real-time logistics execution & troubleshooting. Maintain percentage of Issues, Escalations & SLAs.
- Offline Support - Grievance Address & offline issue resolutions. Maintain Partner experience score.
- Asset Distribution - Manage & distribute assets on the ground.
