- Candidates will be responsible for outcall customers for the service-related calls, handle customer queries via email and call and will be required to respond in the most professional manner. The ability to handle complex enquiries Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
- Good communication is necessary for dealing effectively with customers and for developing a good, positive relationship with staff.
Fresher’s/Candidates with 1 year of experience.
Languages: English and Hindi mandatory.
Criteria: Candidates should have their own laptops, smartphones as call recording would be required and network connectivity.
