Customer Support Executive (semi voice process) (6 months  to 1 years - Experience in International BPO)

Qualification: Graduate (BE, B.Tech not eligible)

Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, Candidate should be self-starter and quick learner.
  • Fast learners with a passion to work as customer service executive.
  • Experienced in using MS Office tools.
  • Confident to communicate with Global clients
  • Strong customer service attitude
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Should have motivational qualities and able to motivate people
  • Good at using search and internet tools
  • Ability to handle pressure

Job Description:

  • Provide support to global clients (Calls & Emailing).
  • Lead Generation & Follow-ups.
  • Conversion of Leads.
  • Ability to handle pressure and take multi tasking.
  • Handle Customer request and provide satisfactory service.
  • To ensure maximum satisfaction to the clients in terms of our services by coordinating with all the respective departments.
  • Consistently meet the performance metrics as defined by the Management.
  • Provide reporting and regular status updates to the TL as required.
