Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage and asses the Customer calls in a timely manner for various reasons like answer inquiries, resolve complaints, requests and provide information.
Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Primary focus is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Keep records of all conversations in database in a comprehensible way.

Required skills:

MUST HAVE excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
Typing speed more than 30 - 40 WPM with 98% accuracy
Comfortable working with UK shifts
Excellent Versant score (Online Communication Test)
English comprehension capability with 75% clarity

Eligibility Criteria for Freshers:

Ready to join immediately
Should be a graduate with no backlogs (BE/B.Tech Freshers need not apply)
Should have complete educational documents for verification

Job perks:

Salary: up to 23 K
Two-way cab facility will be provided based on shifts & Timings.
Weekly 5 days working with fixed weekend OFF

Note:

Graduate- Freshers can attend.
Any candidate other than Graduate, requires minimum 06 month of experience
