Job Designation : Customer Support Executive
HGS is hiring for Customer Support Executive for its esteemed client from different domain. We are in top MNCs and are looking for candidates who can grow with HGS.
Eligibility & Qualification:
- The candidate should possess good listening skills, and the ability to think quickly, to make a recommendation or solution to the customer's problem.
- A clear and pleasant speaking voice and fluency in English is also desired.
- We are looking for candidates who have good communications skills, interpersonal skills and can handle stress well.
- Candidates with graduate in any stream are eligible.
- The customer should be comfortable with 5 days working model with 2 roster weekly offs.
- Should have good communications skills
- Ability to listen and active problem solving skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Should have basic Computer knowledge
- The candidate should have excellent communications skills (English & Hindi)
- Both Freshers and Experience candidates can apply.
- 6 Days working / Week
Salary: Upto 2.2 LPA + Attractive Incentives
